4.9 My family constellation session was incredible! I had heard about this kind of modality, but never signed on to receive a session. Well, I've been going deep into my inner work, and it seemed like everywhere I turned I was being nudged to book a session. So I booked, and the session was absolutely incredible! Definitely have your tissues ready! What I loved. The most was some thing that I thought I made peace with showed a completely different side to look at and I was able to heal a very deep wound that really was hurting me personally in my life. Alejandra is absolutely sweet and beautifully grounded. She is so easy to talk to, and is so intuitive. I absolutely loved my session, and highly recommend everyone do so!
Family Constellations by Alejandra are the most powerful therapy sessions I've ever had. She takes you straight to the root cause and the place you have never imagined your problems lie. She is very gifted and she is a gift to the world. I sent many friends her way and every single one them were in awe.

Amazing deep healing: the place within that never was able to move never was clear never had a voice: all was opened up, revealed and spoken with in the healing space Alejandra creates and opens. She is very sweet and safe to share with and very focused on the work and healing that needs to be addressed here and now no matter how back in the generations the issues are located. She is very patient and deeply into feelings: she gave me time to really deeply feel inside and all the places shapes and forms those feelings are within me. She assisted me in speaking more clearly with myself. She gave me many suggestions for integration and deeper embrace of the work done in session. i feel very complete and very supported and free to return to her for more work if I choose to. I am gonna choose. All the power in my life is mine to choose and direct and show up in. It was fun, tender, deeply healing; feel like entire planets and constellations are moving right now. It will take some time for what was done in such a short time to move and dance and reveal. Again, I feel supported and safe and clear in the process I am in. I am grateful for Alejandra. My experience is she is worth having a session with and discovering this deep river of healing love that she offers.
I'm so thankful for having found Alejandra and have her guide me through my journey to healing. Having had unpleasant and unhelpful experiences with therapy and psychoanalysis before, I was reassured from the very first session that she was the right person to help me get control over my anxiety, overcome childhood trauma and connect with spirituality. It took me years to find someone that I can trust about my personal life. I tried different therapists that only wanted to give me medication for my anxiety during the first session. However, Alejandra never give up on me and I was able to open myself about my childhood problems that I carried my whole life. I speak Spanish and English, but when I tried talking about my childhood in English, it was hard to express myself and finding someone that can speak Spanish was plus in my journey. I will always be grateful for her dedication since there were days that it was challenging to speak and she had the patience and the right words.
I've attended 3 sessions with Alejandra and Jay. I've found each session to be profoundly moving in a unique way. The time and experience has felt sacred to me, and that would not be possible without the care and supportive attention of the facilitators. Let's face it, meeting our challenges head on and create change in our life is not always an easy task. Nor is the direction always clear and comfortable. To gain more insights and discover the root cause of issues there's a way. Throughout the years, I have involved myself in many healing practices. I wanted to live a life that I could thrive in rather than survive in. I find Family Constellations Therapy an astounding modality for this. It has really assisted me to dive deep within myself. I have created more understanding, peace, love, balance, and harmony in my life with a way that I feel is efficient, has grace, dignity, empathy, and compassion. My experience with Jay and Ale was very positive. I felt they created a highly warm, caring, and safe container to do the work needed. I found them to be extremely passionate and excellent teachers and guides with this process. I look forward to experiencing more Family Constellations Therapy Workshops with them. There were secrets within me that I desired to uncover, and I was driven to investigate them through this method. Shaman Ale is highly qualified, patient, and supportive, and she possesses a silent power that is overflowing with love. I was immediately overwhelmed by a sincere desire to assist me in comprehending and resolve these obstacles that was obstructing my progress. Initially, I was somewhat surprised by the messages that were conveyed to me; however, I explored them with compassion, trust and open-minded perspective. I am still experiencing the benefits of this liberation since now I know and understand better the source and I now have the opportunity to let go of what no longer serves me.
