A story of healing, memory and deep love.
Have you ever felt that there is something inside you that you don't understand, but that you know is not only yours? As if you carry in your blood memories that you didn't live... but that inhabit you?
That also happened to me.
I want to tell you an intimate story, an experience that marked my path as a woman, therapist and healer. A few days ago, during a healing session with ancestors, I accompanied Maria (name changed out of respect), a brave woman who decided to look back to walk more strongly forward.
Maria came with a sense of disconnection with her maternal lineage. In the midst of the therapeutic work, we did a very simple but powerful psychomagical exercise: painting her nails red. That color, for her, represented the feminine, beauty, the living woman. It also reminded her of a female figure from her childhood, someone who left a deep imprint on her soul and on her tree.
Through this symbol, Maria remembered her grandmother. At first, she saw in her distant, almost unattainable qualities. But in the silence of memory, in listening to her body and soul, she began to recognize something sacred: these virtues also lived in her. Dormant, yes... but alive.

Mary is all of us when we decide to return to the origin to recover the gifts that life -or pain- made us forget.
