Many of us women share some of these paternal wounds:

  • I didn't know/couldn't get close to him
  • We could not communicate
  • The relationship was disastrous
  • The version was so unbelievable that I look for it in my partners
    etc.

To begin to heal your relationship with your father, it is necessary to undefine **What kind of father you had? This will help you to understand his influence on your self-esteem.

  • The Controlling
  • The Violent
  • The super-pleasing friend
  • The one who wanted to get close but mommy wouldn't let him
  • The perfect one who can't be matched by anyone else

A father is very important in every person's life, the father generates strength, confidence, limit management, personal power...

One of the great works of healing with ancestors and Family Constellations that I myself have done, is the healing with my paternal lineage ". It has been a beautiful way and that day by day I learn, honor and thank.

In this journey, my last two weeks in Colombia have been to deepen in this aspect, so I have been disconnected from the networks but very connected with my ancestors and ancestresses. It has been two weeks of deepening in emotions, encounters, needs of my tree and closing of pains. And here I am, back in my other home: Madrid, to continue moving forward and sharing and helping to heal with and for others.

I want to share a text if you find yourself elaborating the healing of relationship with your father, with your grandparents, with the masculine, with your masculine energy, the relationships of men and women, in short that half that is in you, often hurt, abandoned or that has been inaccessible.

*Thank you father I love you, I appreciate you, I accept you as you are in all the space-time dimensions, I thank you for your presence, for your light and for your strength.

I honor my male lineage and I honor you daddy, *for being the patient farmer of my soul because, after having sown your seed, you cultivated with love and devotion even without being able to feel me inside you. You received your harvest with the most delicate tenderness and built a cord from heart to heart, to unite with me in love.

I bless you because from you I have learned how to protect me, provide for me, care for me, guide me. And, if there were some shortcomings, I know that it was I who chose you so, precisely to learn from that experience.

*I take responsibility for all that I accepted and integrated in me as true. I recognize that you fulfilled your task in the best possible way according to your own resources and giving fulfillment to the soul contract we both agreed upon. I forgive us for any suffering we co-created and thank us for the lessons we learned from it.

I release us from any history of pain, fear, anger, sadness and its consequent karma in our lives.

I know that I have become who I am today because of your contribution to my life. Everything that I need to correct and improve is already my work and I know I am accompanied by you in every step*, because the cord that weaves your heart to mine is unbreakable and always beating.

*It is your gaze that has taught me to be looked at and recognized by men. It is your love that has shown me how I deserve to be loved. It is your mercy that has given me confidence to show my strength. It is your caresses that have left memory on my skin to only allow myself to be touched by the other in total love and surrender. I assume my process and the responsibility to heal with the other men of my path everything that has been left pending with you.

*I look at you, and I look at all the men before you. I honor them. I look at you, and I look at your story. I understand it. I look at you, and I look at the duels, the wounds. I understand them. I look at you, and I look at the impossibilities.

Because when I look at you, I look at the Masculine in me, and when my look is in compassion, this half in me begins to heal, and light is made From today I trust I can integrate you in my: sacred masculine, true, authentic, also loving and present. Remember: You are 50% mom and 50% dad, feminine energy and masculine energy. You cannot exclude or reject either of the two, for this reason it is necessary to take the mother and take the father equally. It is the relationship with the father that determines how successful or unsuccessful you will be in your relationships with the male universe. A father is very important in everyone's life. The father's energy generates strength, confidence, boundary management, personal power... among others. In transgenerational healing processes it is necessary to return to the father, present, absent, controlling, loving, whichever one has lived.
