Family Constellations. Family liberation letter

Take a few minutes for yourself. Find a quiet place, breathe deeply, play soft music if you wish. This exercise is not just a text: it is an act of liberation, honoring and loving your lineage.

You can read it aloud or write it in your personal journal, feeling each word as a sacred act of acknowledgment to your family history and soul.

✨ "Today I release with love..."

To my parents,
I lovingly release them from the burden of feeling that they did not give me everything or that they failed at some point.
I deeply honor you for being the channel through which I came into this life.
Thank you for giving me existence. Today I understand that what I received was exactly what I needed to grow.

To my children,
I free them from carrying my unfulfilled expectations, from living to please me or repairing my wounds.
I lovingly give them the freedom to write their own story, following the voice of their soul and whatever makes their hearts vibrate.
I bless you, just as you are, and trust in your path.

To my partner (present or past),
I release you from the unconscious command to complete me.
Today I recognize that I am a whole being. My happiness is born from me, not from you.
Thank you for what you showed me, even in pain. I assume my part and take responsibility for my process.
I bless you for being a teacher in my life.

To my siblings,
I release them from any guilt they may have felt towards me or from any role imposed by the family.
Today I see our stories with different eyes: without judgment, with understanding.
Each has made their own way as best they knew how, and that is enough.
I love them as they are and honor our bond with adult love.

To my grandparents and ancestors,
I embrace you with reverence and gratitude.
Thank you for the decisions, the sacrifices, the silences, the mistakes and the gifts you passed on to me.
Today I release them from their unresolved burdens, unfulfilled promises and guilt that did not belong to them.
I take the life they have given me, and with it, I build something new: worthy, luminous, mine.

To all my lineage,
I bow in gratitude.
I recognize them, I see them, I integrate them.
I accept what was and stop fighting with history. I no longer need to carry what is not mine.

Today I renounce the role of savior, of redeemer, of sustaining a family system from sacrifice.
I choose free love. I choose life in peace.
I choose my path, with respect for each one.

I am the daughter of my history.
And from today, I walk towards my destiny with awareness, strength and purpose.

I honor the divinity that lives in me and in each one of you.
I bless you. I bless me.
We are now free to truly love each other.
🌸 How to use this exercise?

Read it out loud every time you need to release emotions, guilt or family burdens.

Write it by hand in your journal and personalize it with your words.

You can repeat it as a ritual for 7 days to deepen the process.

If you feel it, accompany it with an individual or group family constellation to heal the roots.

📌 Remember:

To heal is not to forget, it is to look with love and understanding at what was, to stop repeating it unconsciously.

Amazing deep healing... feel like entire planets and constellations are moving right now. She is worth having a session with and discovering this deep river of healing love.
