For more than 20 years, I have followed a learning path that integrates science, spirituality, body, and soul. I am a psychologist by training, but also a healer by lineage and vocation.
From academic knowledge to the wisdom of the soul
I’m Alejandra León, born in Bogotá, Colombia, the youngest of six living siblings. Violence and hardship were part of our story, but my ancestors also demonstrate a powerful combination of resilience, creativity and love.
From my mother Graciela, a Pijaos indian orphaned at 8, I learned how to transform pain into wisdom, creativity and healing. And from my father Eduardo, I received a passion for books, spirituality and a love for humanity.
From all my lineage, I inherited powerful gifts including intuition and an ability to heal with my hands.
Since the age of six, I could see the unseen. I channeled messages, heard beings of light, and felt when a soul was ready to cross over. In my family, this wasn't strange or alarming. I come from an indigenous lineage where speaking to spirits, healing with plants, and guiding souls was simply part of life. Premonitory dreams, visions, and fire rituals were our everyday language.
From the age of eight I was already doing palm readings and healing for family and friends. At school, I was known as "the little witch."
I was raised between two worlds — not opposites, but complements. In my culture, going to the doctor is as common as visiting the local shaman**, cleansing the aura with an egg or using herbs for spiritual healing.**
These two ways of seeing the world: Ancestral Wisdom and Modern Methods — Live Within Me. They are the roots of my practice. They are my medicine.
My childhood was marked by a deep mystical connection to the invisible.
My teenage years were defined by a sacred quest — I even considered becoming a nun. But my spirit had another path for me. Guided by a Catholic priest, I was initiated into Christian spirituality — but also into rituals, exorcisms, soul purification and high magic. Working in the parish deepened my purpose: accompany souls in transition, and understand both light and shadow. With him, I learned how to walk between worlds.
At 15, I was thoroughly trained by the elder healers in my community: pranic healing, metaphysics, energy field reading, tarot, runes… these became my sacred studies beyond school.
My deep connection with healing and helping others led me to study psychology at one of Colombia's most renowned universities - Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. I discovered the complexities of the human psyche through the perspectives of Freud, Jung and others. But this also began my disillusionment and inner battle with traditional psychotherapy and the limitations of a behavioral focus.
This battle was eventually resolved as I evolved towards transpersonal psychology and a multi-generational focus to understand peoples' healing needs.
My interest in religious life, educational psychology, and teaching created a bridge between spirituality, science, and service.
That's when my path as a holistic integrative therapist began.
In 2001, love brought me to Mexico… and with it came an inner revolution. My life took a complete 180-degree turn. Everything I thought I knew about the human mind, the psyche, and personal healing began to dissolve, making space for a deeper, more spiritual and ancestral understanding.
It was in Mexico where I discovered Family Constellations, at a time when few people in Latin America even knew what they were. This sacred tool didn't just transform the way I supported others — it changed my life forever.
The invisible finally had a name, a shape, and emotion. Healing became more than a goal — it became a sacred path of recognition, honoring, and liberation.
Mexico was more than a place: it was a portal. There, I reconnected with my essence, my medicine, and my life's purpose. I discovered the Mayan and Aztec shamanic traditions, and felt a deep resonance with their way of walking between worlds.
I learned the power of fire, the language of cacao, the memories held in water, and how each element carries ancient wisdom that still vibrates in our bodies. This was the beginning of my own integration. I realized that my psychic gifts and clairvoyance weren't an accident or anomaly — they were part of a greater mission.
My work is not just psychological, nor only energetic. It is transpersonal, spiritual, and deeply human.
Migration is a huge challenge, starting over is painful. But it also expands the soul. When I moved to Spain, I had to revalidate my degrees, leave behind a well-established career, and start from scratch. I experienced a broken ego—and the beauty of rebuilding myself. That pain led me to a decision: to fully devote myself to therapy, healing, and holistic education.
During my 17 years living in Spain, I worked with clients, led workshops, and trained hundreds in feminine healing, personal development, grief therapy, shamanism, and Family Constellations.
Spain helped me become who I am—personally and professionally. In 2020, I founded my Spanish-language online school, a space to share this soul medicine with the world.
In 2023, I migrated to the United States. A new land, a new language — once again, a new beginning.
Today, I live in St. Augustine, Florida, where I'm building community, planting new roots, and offering my medicine to those ready to heal ancestral wounds and write a new story.
I realized that my psychic gifts and clairvoyance weren't an accident or anomaly — they were part of a greater mission. And life, in its infinite wisdom, was offering me the tools to guide others on their own journeys of healing, reconnection, and soul awakening.

Amazing deep healing: the place within that never was able to move never was clear never had a voice: all was opened up, revealed and spoken with in the healing space Alejandra creates and opens.
